The Lead Analyst, Consulting (Data, Analytics & Insights) is a senior, hands-on role within the Professional Services Data, Insights & Analytics team. This position sits at the intersection of advanced analytics, client delivery, and team leadership. The Lead Analyst owns complex analytical workstreams end-to-end, translating large and complex datasets into clear, actionable insights that support strategic client decisions. The role also contributes to developing scalable methodologies, maintaining high analytical standards, and mentoring analysts to elevate the overall quality and impact of analytical work. Major Responsibilities: Analytical Delivery & Insight Development Own end-to-end delivery of complex analytical workstreams from problem framing through final insights. Translate complex datasets into clear, actionable insights and recommendations for client decision-making. Develop executive-ready narratives, visualizations, and presentations that clearly communicate key findings.
