Engineering Team Lead Department: Civil/Municipal: Employment Type: Full Time: Location: Gainesville, FL: Description: As Engineering Team Leader for the DRMP Gainesville office , you will be responsible for day-to-day operating activities directly leading a team of engineers, technical staff, and student interns to ensure the successful execution of engineering design projects while facilitating smooth daily operations and continued professional development of staff. Critical to the role is the ability to collaborate with other firm leaders. This position is eligible for a sign-on-bonus! Your Primary Responsibilities will include: Operational Management: - Actively manage the day-to-day business including staffing, planning, and execution of project assignments within the team. - Support workshare and positive collaboration with all DRMP offices. - Provide technical guidance and manage quality checks for all project work. - Serve as primary escalation point for engineering activities to ensure that appropriate corporate resources are leveraged. - Manage issues to achieve root cause identification and deploy corrective actions.
