Responsibilities include: - Providing excellent guest service that is engaging, personal and attentive. - Prepare serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers. - Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including washing glassware and utensils. - Monitor and manage inventory levels, restocking supplies as needed. - Handle cash and card transactions, ensuring accurate billing and change handling. - Previous knowledge of cocktails, wines and beers. - Experience in making cocktails.
