Human Resources Business Partner Reporting to the Director, of Human Resources Business Partners, Culture, and Inclusion the HR Business Partner (HRBP) will be a member of a dynamic HR team supporting seven nonprofits that are each focused on creating solutions and generating resources to extend the reach of ASU and advance its charter. Building upon HR functional and business partnering expertise, this role will strategically align human resources principles with business objectives. Primary areas include employee relations, performance management, personnel policies, and regulatory compliance, with responsibility for managing and/or facilitating specific projects and programs to support business needs. The HRBP will support subsidiaries and centers of excellence in alignment with the Company and Human Resources strategic goals.
