City/State Norfolk, VA Work Shift: First (Days) Overview: Overview The Senior IT Specialist Analyst – Epic ClinDoc is responsible for the day-to-day support, optimization, and enhancement of clinical applications, with a primary focus on Epic Inpatient ClinDoc . This role partners closely with clinical stakeholders to analyze workflows, implement system improvements, and ensure optimal utilization of Epic applications to support patient care and operational efficiency. The analyst will lead and support application builds, upgrades, and system enhancements, while evaluating software releases and recommending solutions that improve clinical workflows and reduce operational inefficiencies. This role requires strong expertise in Epic ClinDoc workflows , along with experience supporting AI-driven documentation solutions such as Ambient documentation tools . Exposure to Andor or similar advanced analytics/AI platforms is strongly preferred. The Senior IT Specialist Analyst works independently and collaboratively across cross-functional teams to support integration efforts, troubleshoot complex issues, and ensure system stability.
