About the Role: We are looking for a high-impact engineer to join a small, fast-moving special projects team focused on solving critical product and infrastructure challenges. This is not a typical backend role. You will work across backend systems, data pipelines, and product features to rapidly deliver high-value functionality used in real clinical environments. We are looking for someone who moves fast, takes ownership, and uses AI effectively, while maintaining strong engineering fundamentals and code quality.
