This role is the connective tissue between sales quoting, purchasing, scheduling, documentation, and production — freeing the Fab Shop Manager to focus on people leadership and technical execution. This is a high-impact role for a detail-oriented, organized professional who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and wants to grow with a company scaling toward $500M in revenue.
