Initial Posting Date: 04/09/2026 Application Deadline: 04/23/2026 Agency: Land Conservation and Development Department Salary Range: $5,453 - $8,345 Position Type: Employee Position Title: Assistant Housing Acceleration Planner Job Description: Join the Oregon Department of Land Conservation and Development (DLCD) as an Assistant Housing Acceleration (Planner 2) on the Acceleration Team within the Policy Wing in our Housing Division. The incumbent will support the implementation of Statewide Planning Goal 10 – Housing by conducting research, analyzing data regarding housing that has been recently produced, assessing real-world barriers to housing production, and helping local governments address findings by taking actionable next steps. The Acceleration Team leads audits and reviews of local development codes, regulations, and policies to increase housing production, affordability and choice for local governments in the Acceleration Program.
