This position is responsible for directly, and through staff, managing and supporting the Incoming Account Transfer process via the Automated Customer Account Transfer (ACAT) system. This role also oversees a dedicated team responsible for the delivery and ongoing maintenance of all accounts exiting U.S. Bank.
