The Position: IT Business Analyst - DIA R&D We are looking for a motivated IT Business Analyst to join our Lab Experiment Management (LEM) product area. In this role, you will act as a vital link between R&D business users and our development teams, helping to translate scientific needs into clear, actionable agile user stories. You will join a high-performing, 5-team Agile Release Train (ART) dedicated to delivering digital workflow solutions for Roche Diagnostics and Pharma. Working under the guidance of senior analysts, you will support the configuration and integration of our SaaS Electronic Lab Notebook (ELN) ecosystem, gaining hands-on experience with specialized tools like HELM, ChemDraw, and Inventory Management systems....
