Job Title: Kids Discipleship Minister Ministry /Department : Eleven22 Kids: Reports to: Kids Director: Status: Full-time, exempt: Supervisory Role: No: Objective: The Kids Discipleship Minister is responsible for overseeing discipleship in the Eleven22 Kids M inistry at their assigned campus , equipping and developing s erve s taff to execute Eleven22 K ids service gathering s and partnering with parents to be the primary disciple-makers of their families. Key Responsibilities: - ​ Lead the Eleven22 Kids Ministry at assigned campus and guide the disciple-making journey of Eleven22 Kids staff by equipping and supporting them to effectively carry out the ministry - Conduct general ministerial responsibilities alongside the Kids Director and Eleven22 Kids ministerial staff to shepherd and care for Eleven22 families - Lead the disciple-making journey of s erve s taff by coaching and equipping them with the skills necessary to accomplish the ministry at hand - Lead the s erve s taff l ead t eam and support the discipleship of s erve s taff at assigned campus - Champion and model clear vision, values and culture for s erve s taff and staff teams - Meet weekly with s erve s taff to pray,...
