This role contributes to the reliability, compliance, and continuous improvement of diagnostic instrument service operations, supporting refurbishment, repair, and service processes across the service center. The Process Engineer supports diagnostic instrument service operations through the application of established engineering principles, standard practices, and continuous improvement methodologies. The role focuses on process support, data analysis, and incremental improvement within a defined scope, operating under the guidance of more experienced engineers. The Process Engineer works cross-functionally with service technicians, automation, maintenance, and quality teams to help maintain safe, compliant, and efficient service processes while continuously developing technical expertise and professional capability.
