JOB SUMMARY: CARE is recruiting a Senior Director, Health Impact to lead and elevate our global health portfolio across primary health care, last‑mile delivery, global health security, and health innovation. This role will provide strategic clarity, creativity, and direction during a period of renewed positioning for CARE’s global health work. Drawing on leading-edge practices from Health Tech Innovators, the Senior Director will drive a bold vision for equitable health systems that center women, girls, and marginalized communities. This leader will bring a strong generalist health background with the ability to integrate health systems, private sector and market‑based approaches, community-led models, and digital innovation. They will champion partnerships across donors, governments, companies, innovators, and impact-driven organizations; strengthen evidence-based programming; and position CARE as a forward‑leaning, impactful global health actor.
