About the role We’re seeking an experienced, proactive Learning Coordinator to join our specialised power technical training team in Rowville / Keysborough, VIC. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role where accuracy, follow-through and sound judgement are essential. You’ll help keep our field workforce trained, authorised and compliant while often working to tight deadlines and shifting priorities. As a key contact for internal stakeholders, you’ll balance customer service with compliance, staying calm, professional and solutions focused. You’ll be supported by an experienced team, clear processes and established systems, but confidence, resilience and attention to detail are key.
