Department: 39300 Carlyle Place Navicent Health - Dementia Care Status: Full time Benefits Eligible: Yes Hou rs Per Week: 40 Schedule Details/Additional Information: Varies Pay Range: $25.30 - $37.95 Job Description: Schedule : Day shift, (3) 12-hour shifts, 7a-7p, (1) 6 hour shift per week, every other weekend Location: Carlyle Place , Atrium Health Navicent is an inviting not-for-profit Life-Plan community located in Northwest Macon. Nursing provides Skilled Nursing, Assisted living, and Dementia care. Carlyle Place consists of 226 independent living and 29 assistant living, 26 memory care and 40 skilled nursing residences.
