Overview The Event and Partnerships Manager position will lead the planning, execution, and optimization of high‑impact events and strategic partnerships that support organizational goals and brand visibility. This role owns the full event lifecycle from concept and budgeting to logistics, on‑site coordination, and post‑event reporting ensuring all events are executed on time, within budget, and aligned with organizational goals. This individual manages key vendor and partner relationships, maintains approved vendor resources, and leverages industry knowledge to elevate event quality and ROI. With strong communication, process driven, high attention to detail and interpersonal skills, the Events and Partnerships Manager collaborates cross‑functionally with Business Development, Marketing, Operations, Human Resources, and Leadership to ensure seamless event execution and strategic alignment. The role requires strong organizational capabilities, the ability to manage multiple concurrent events, and proficiency with systems such as Salesforce, event‑management platforms, project‑management tools, and Square.
