JOB SUMMARY: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Analytical/Bioanalytical Scientist with a strong focus on chromatography-based purification to join our drug discovery team. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting high throughput purification and assay workflow to enable weekly design-make-test-analysis workflow supporting in house AI based drug discovery engine. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in chromatographic purification, particularly SFC and/or LC purification of small molecules, along with proven skills in instrument troubleshooting, workflow optimization, and a working understanding of ADME/DMPK assay design and execution. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Serve as the expert for chromatography-based purification, with deep experience in SFC and LC-based purification of small molecules in a drug discovery environment.
