ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following but are not limited to the job specifications contained herein. Additional duties or job functions may be required as deemed necessary by supervisory personnel. Cleans grounds and removes litter, pet waste, graffiti, trip hazards, miscellaneous debris. Spreads salt/ ice melt on public passageways to prevent ice buildup during inclement weather, clears leaves and debris from catch basins and drains during heavy rains. Responsible for daily upkeep of the property buildings and grounds which includes cleaning and removing of trash, cobwebs, cigarette butts, stains, spills and all foreign material. Responsible for the care, maintenance and inventory of all supplies and equipment owned by the property and/or the management company, in cooperation with Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager.
