In this role, you will be a key partner to our Producer(s), helping deliver a seamless, high quality experience to our clients. You'll serve as a primary point of contact, manage schedules and client communications, and play a critical role in preparing financial planning materials, processing account applications, and supporting investment transfers. The Paraplanner plays an integral role in supporting Financial Advisors by delivering high quality operational, planning, and client service support. This position partners closely with advisors, internal teams, and clients to ensure efficient execution of service requests, accuracy of documentation, and a consistently positive client experience.
