SUMMARY: In an effort to further HDG Hotels Legacy Division's Vision, Mission and Values, this position is primarily responsible for creating a lasting impression on guests with whom they interact in the dining and other areas of an HDG Legacy Hotel. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Core duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. ATTENDANCE: Must be punctual and timely in meeting all requirements of performance, including, but not limited to, attendance standards and work deadlines; beginning and ending assignments on time; and scheduled work breaks; where applicable. - Prepare and serve food in a timely manner according to brand and health standards. - Greet all guests in a welcoming manner in common areas. - Maintain cleanliness of breakfast area and kitchen. - Order and receive food into inventory. - Follow hotel policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols. - Willing to help in other areas of the hotel if needed. - Comply with health and hygiene regulations. - Adhere to brand standards for breakfast services. - Communicate effectively with other hotel staff and management. - Assist in training new breakfast attenda...
