Job description

We are seeking a highly motivated Automation Engineer to join our growing engineering team and help drive new product development from concept through deployment. In this hands-on role, you will design, build, program, and support advanced industrial automation solutions across a variety of operational environments, including robotics, mechatronics, material handling, sortation, packaging automation, and storage systems. This position offers the opportunity to work on cutting-edge automation platforms, collaborating closely with cross-functional internal teams and external partners to deliver scalable, high ‑ impact solutions that improve efficiency, reliability, and cost performance across operations. This role is onsite in our Lewisville TX facility and is responsible for the full lifecycle of automation solutions. The role will include ~15% travel.
