States considered: NJ Overview: The Director of Enabling Functions Finance is a strategic finance leader responsible for partnering with the heads of enabling functions (e.g., Finance, Legal, Global Operations, and HR including Compensation) to drive financial stewardship, planning, analytics, and operational effectiveness. This role delivers clear insight and robust financial processes to support decision-making and drive organizational excellence, directly supporting senior leadership, including various Executives of the company and their respective leadership teams. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Performance Monitoring, Analysis, and Reporting - Monitor, track, evaluate, and report performance across designated enabling functions, proactively identifying issues, opportunities, and challenges. - Prepare regular reporting for operating expenses and capital investments, performing analysis to explain underlying business dynamics and results.
