This position carries out responsibilities in the following functional areas: benefits administration, employee relations, training, performance management, onboarding, policy implementation, recruitment/employment, employee file maintenance, HR transactional needs and employment law compliance. Under the guidance of the Senior Human Resources Manager: Duties and Responsibilities Administers various human resource plans and procedures for all company personnel assigned to their region. Conducts exit interviews, analyzes data and makes recommendations to their regional management team for corrective action and continuous improvement. Responds to employee relations issues such as employee complaints, harassment allegations and managerial/co-worker concerns Guides the resolution of such issues by providing advice and procedural support to front-line and regional ma...
