The Senior HOP Specialist provides subject matter expertise in Human and Organizational Performance (HOP) and Organizational Learning , partnering with business and functional stakeholders to embed HOP principles into operational excellence, safety, and investigation programs. This role is responsible for strengthening global organizational capability, mentoring leaders, enabling learning teams, and fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement across Chevron. This position reports to the Senior Manager, Organizational Learning & Investigation within the OE/HSE TEC organization. Responsibilities for this position may include but are not limited to: Serve as a subject matter expert in Human and Organizational Performance (HOP) and Organizational Learning, supporting integration of HOP principles into safety, operations, and operational excellence programs.
