Pay Range: $34.21 - $51.31 A successful candidate's actual pay rate will be based on several factors including relevant experience, skills, training, certifications and education. Hospital Sisters Health System (HSHS) is seeking a Business Performance Consultant to join our team. The Business Performance Consultant supports system-wide operational excellence by identifying, leading, and executing high-impact efficiency initiatives. This position partners closely with department and ministry leadership to address complex organizational challenges through strategic facilitation, data-driven insights, and internal consulting. The consultant drives measurable results by building strong cross-functional relationships, fostering accountability, and ensuring initiatives are implemented effectively and sustained over time.
