Position Overview United Health Services (UHS) is proud to offer a unique opportunity for Associate Degree in Nursing (ASN) students through our RN Education Incentive Program. This initiative provides financial support for nursing education in return for a work commitment within the UHS system upon graduation. Participants will gain early exposure to healthcare environments while pursuing their degree, positioning them for a successful transition into a Registered Nurse role. Selected participants will receive full or partial tuition support while completing their professional nursing degree. In return, recipients agree to fulfill specific educational, employment, and participation commitments within UHS Hospitals (Wilson Medical Center or Binghamton General Hospital). Primary Department, Division, or Unit: Annual Compensation Range: Participant Commitments: Educational Completion: Successfully complete all ADN program requirements within the agreed-upon timeframe.
