Job description

Classification Title: HPWT CUSTODIAL WORKER II Classification Minimum Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent and two years of relevant experience; or completion of the ninth grade and three years of experience. Job Description: Delivers and set-up of stages, tables, chairs, podium, materials and equipment for commencement ceremonies, departments programs, and other special events. Assembles and disassembles furniture as required. Moves and transports furniture for departments and academic units. Delivers and installs restroom and hand sanitizing dispensers. Assists HPWT Zones with cleaning and maintaining as required. Specifically, the cleaning of halls, offices, classrooms, restrooms, conference rooms, lab, gym areas, locker room, elevators which includes sweeping, dusting dust-mopping, wet mopping, spot-mopping, and spot washing and cleaning of walls, doors, and partitions. Assist the Department by cleaning all entrances, entrance walks, steps patios and concourses. Empties and cleans all waste cans, trashcans, recycle bins, water fountains, and doormats.
