HIRING FOR 1ST AND 2ND SHIFTS. - Safely move materials. - Complete Daily Operator's Checklist. - Notify management of all materials, finished goods, and WIP that are found to be in deficient condition. - Maintain equipment and storage zones in clean order with general housekeeping, sweeping, rinsing, squeegeeing, and light scrubbing. - Accurately record all material movements via RF scanning and paper documentation. - Deliver materials based on FIFO, age, and material requirements for specific product formulas. - Accurately count materials. - Maintain proper supply of materials to prevent downtime due to material outages. - Move materials from receiving docks to storage areas. - Clean and inspect materials being returned from production before returning the materials to storage areas to ensure proper labeling and sanitation requirements are met. - Follow all GMP's and SOP's and requirements when in and around production areas. - All other relevant duties to the job.
