Position Overview: The Senior Program Manager – Technology Implementation leads the planning, coordination, and delivery of complex technology implementation initiatives that support customer operations and strategic business outcomes. This role serves as the central point of coordination between customers, engineering teams, and internal stakeholders to ensure technology solutions are implemented effectively and aligned with customer requirements. This position requires a strategic and delivery-focused leader who can translate customer needs into actionable requirements, guide cross-functional teams through implementation milestones, and maintain strong stakeholder alignment throughout the program lifecycle.
