In Justice , we work with young people and adults in custody and in the community, providing a range of services including offender management and resettlement, veterans in custody, victim services, gangs work and youth justice. Catch22's Greater Manchester Victim Service (GMVS) Unit is an aspirational new centre of excellence expanding the Criminal Justice system. The GMVS strives to connect local public services and systems to ultimately bring the service to the victim.
