You will ensure productions are equipped to realise the VFX Supervisor's vision within budget and schedule. As a technical leader, you will oversee discipline departments, manage cross-departmental workflows, and facilitate efficient global collaboration. What You’ll Do: Define the creative and technical approach with Supervisors, leveraging ILM tools. Standardise global pipelines and prioritise R&D/pipeline development tasks. Proactively resolve workflow impediments and technical bottlenecks. Forecast and manage resources, including storage, processing, and licensing. Maintain technical standards and stay current with industry advancements. Direct show wrap, asset archiving, and establish centralised documentation. Bridge VFX Supervisors, Producers, and artists to achieve budget and schedule targets. Provide technical/artistic direction and monitor asset progression in reviews.
