Your Role: Lead embedded software sub-system development to meet customer requirements, quality, cost, and delivery schedules Manage and coordinate global/distributed automotive software development teams Plan and track resources, features/functions, defects, and overall project performance (timing, quality, cost) Act as the primary customer interface for all software-related topics and status reporting Drive risk and change management across customers, suppliers, and internal teams Negotiate software scope, content, and delivery schedules with customers and subcontractors Define integration plans, dependencies, quality gates, and accountability across internal teams and third-party vendors Support and ensure compliance with software processes, audits, and quality assurance standards Coordinate system inputs, integration activities, and indepen...
