The Human Resources Business Partner ( HRBP ) serves as a strategic advisor to managers of warehouse operations across multiple sites in Ontario. The HRBP plays a key role in implementing best HR practices while ensuring compliance with applicable labour laws and regulations in the province. The HRBP collaborates with leaders to promote a positive work environment, support effective workforce management, and contribute to HR-related initiatives. Key Responsibilities: - Act as the main HR point of contact for a portfolio of warehouse locations across Ontario. - Provide strategic and operational HR support to managers in all aspects of employee relations, performance management, and development. - Interpret and ensure compliance with provincial labour laws (e.g., employment standards, health and safety, employment equity). - Manage or support disciplinary matters, internal investigations, and conflict resolution processes. - Collaborate with other HR team members to align practices across different sites. - Monitor HR metrics (e.g., absenteeism, turnover, workplace climate) and recommend tailored action plans. - Support managers through organizational changes and workforce optimizati...
