Job Title: Hospitality Office Associate Department: Food and Nutrition Services Location: Unity Hospital / Long Pond Road, Rochester Hours Per Week: 37.5 Schedule: 6:30am to 2:30pm and alternating Weekends SUMMARY: Responsible for the functions of the diet office and hospitality services which includes the organization and input of patient/resident menus to ensure accuracy of diet orders, timeliness of meal delivery and facilitates interdepartmental coordination. RESPONSIBILITIES: The employee must consistently demonstrate the following essential functions: Acts as a Liaison between Food Services and all other departments with respect to patient meals and diets. Delivery of meals and nourishments according to established patient identification policies and procedures. Assist with all activities related to meal services. Knowledge of fluid restrictions, tube feeding, diet orders and standards for restricted diets. Ability to transfer medical record information into menu software to ensure diet, allergies and modifiers are processed accurately.
