Description The University of Chicago's Department of Pediatrics, Section of Hematology/Oncology and Stem Cell Transplantation seeks a full-time faculty member at any rank to serve as Director of Hematologic Malignancies. In this role, the appointee will lead a Pediatric Hematologic Malignancy Program with the overarching goal of enhancing its clinical and academic excellence. The appointee will provide direct patient care to children, adolescents, and young adults with hematologic malignancies, including initial diagnosis, treatment planning, and long-term management. Other duties include teaching and supervision of trainees and students, and scholarly activity. Academic rank and compensation are dependent upon qualifications. This position is benefits-eligible.
