Reporting to the Vice President for Finance and Administration, this position supervises the Director of Facilities Operations, the Construction Project Manager, , and the Facilities Records and Systems Analyst. This position is a functional leader, overseeing the overall facilities renewal projects for the UBalt capital improvement plan, serving as project manager and owner’s representative on certain capital projects, developing and implementing a plan for compliance with State and USM building performance standards and sustainability goals, liaising with the University of Maryland, Baltimore (UMB) service center and representing UBalt at USM facilities and capital planning related meetings.
