As a Customer Experience Specialist , you'll support customers through their project journey by scheduling appointments, communicating during installations, and resolving issues proactively. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a true passion for delivering a world-class customer experience in a project-management type of role. Job Duties & Responsibilities: - Schedule installation appointments while prioritizing customer needs to deliver on Bath & Cabinet Experts' promise - Respond professionally and promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and/or text - Accurately log customer interactions, appointment details, and follow-ups in the CRM system - Provide clear and simple answers to customer questions and service requests - Maintain knowledge of company products, services, and policies - Build and maintain positive rapport with customers - Proactively resolve issues or complaints to ensure a positive customer experience - Participate in trainings, team meetings, and contribute to continuous team development Benefits: Why Work at Bath & Cabinet Experts...
