Job Overview The Grinder Helper facilitates the Grinder in maintaining the proper blend of cheese product. Job Responsibilities: - Read blend sheets and follows instructions that may be given on the blend sheets to standardize blender. - Scrape any mold found on cheese and deposits mold in detained product tubs. - P ractices good housekeeping of work areas and grinder office. - H elp Slurry and Slurry helps Grinders and other co-workers when they are available. - Fill out all paperwork completely and correctly including name, production line number and products ran. - Sanitize lines at start up. - All GLC employees are expected to perform any assignment or job task according to the stated safety policies and procedures. - All GLC employees are expected to produce our products in a manner that exceeds the quality and value expectation of our customers and consumers by adhering to Good Manufacturing Practices, Policies and Procedures outlined in our Safe Quality Food Program. - Other responsibilities as assigned by the manager.
