Job DetailsJob Location: Grand Pacific Marbrisa - Carlsbad, CA 92008Position Type: Full TimeSalary Range: $17.00 - $18.00 HourlyJob Shift: VariedPosition Summary/ Objective: Under the direction of the Front Desk Supervisor and/or Manager, the Shuttle Driver will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service and safely transporting guests around the property. Associate will work independently or in a team under little to no supervision. This position relies on good judgment to perform the functions of the job. Primary Essential Functions: All associates are obligated to support and uphold the values, expectations, policies, and procedures of Grand Pacific Resorts as outlined in the Employee Handbook. Greet guests/owners and assist with luggage as they arrive and depart the property. Meet and exceed guest/owner expectations by providing excellent customer service. Deliver amenities, messages, dry cleaning, invitations and newspapers to rooms as needed. Conduct show room tours as directed. Maintain clean and orderly lobby.
