MSL Engineering Ltd. is a mechanical engineering contractor dedicated to delivering a service that incorporates the highest standards of workmanship, safety, quality and reliability in interpreting and exceeding our clients’ expectations. We are currently looking for a Project Material Controller or Store person to join our team. The role will be based full-time in Dresden, Germany . Requirements: - Receive and inspect plant and machinery. Verify quantities against packing slip and purchase order and update inventory received through computerized software. - Scan and file copy of all delivery documentation. - Report all overage, shortages, and damage to purchasing and relevant Engine - Update the Plant Schedule matching the tag numbers received and storage location. - Daily contact with the field Supervisors and Engineers to ensure material availability supports planned progress. - Ensure sign off at site for the items delivered. - Keep file of all material request forms that have been signed as received at site. - Manage all project logistics, from supplier/vendor to transportation to off-loading on site. - Ensure all applicable EHS standards are fully complied with for transport...
