The Application Infrastructure Support Team (AIS) was founded in December 2021 and is currently undergoing an exciting transformation as we expand our scope into software development and developer tooling. We are responsible for backend applications on Linux and Windows Servers (ex. HAFAS, Jenkins, Artifactory, GitLab, etc.), with a strong focus on implementation, automation, and maintenance (3rd level support). As we evolve, we're increasingly developing internal tools and platforms to enhance developer productivity and streamline operations. Our strategic initiative is building an Internal Developer Platform (IDP) , which provides a unified, integrated developer experience layer that automates repetitive operational work and connects information, ownership, and services in one place.
