Integration Specialist The Integration Specialist will travel to existing and newly acquired Galls locations to help integrate retail (front of house), any back office and any warehouse/VAS processes in GQ platform and Galls operating procedures. WHAT YOU’LL DO: - Will require travel and time on site at existing and newly acquired Galls locations to help integrate retail (front of house), any back office and any warehouse/VAS processes into GQ platform and Galls operating procedures. - Must be able to understand actions needed to move existing procedures into Galls structure. - Will be required to prepare status reports on integration milestones and explanations for any delays or failure to meet planned deadlines. - Able to work with teams that are resistant to change to ensure process changes are implemented and utilized on an ongoing basis. May be asked to help support Galls training department periodically.
