Overview: How you can make a difference The Sr Implementation Manager is responsible for the strategic organization and execution of all tactical tasks related to the implementation, including funding arrangements, plan design and technical integration associated with each deployment. This person should possess great cross-functional leadership and teamwork skills all the while providing exception customer service to internal and external clients. Using a consultative approach, this person will onboard our midsize clients, develop and document a plan design to meet their business requirements, create and maintain a formal project plan, and deliver on quality execution and employer satisfaction. This person will be required to move projects forward amidst ambiguous client expectations. This person will assist with the standardization of tools and processes used by the team and contribute to team trainings, documentation and lead departmental initiatives.
