Description The University of Michigan School of Dentistry invites qualified applications for the Chair position in the Department of Orthodontics and Pediatric Dentistry. The salary and rank will be commensurate with experience and credentials. This is an outstanding opportunity for a full-time associate or full professor on the clinical or tenure track to lead a vibrant and well-established department. The Orthodontics and Pediatric Dentistry programs at the University of Michigan have long maintained strong leadership roles, advancing research and academic direction in their respective fields. The department offers graduate residency programs in Orthodontics and Pediatric Dentistry, has an endowed, one-year fellowship in Craniofacial Special Care Orthodontics, and is responsible for teaching orthodontics and pediatric dentistry in the DDS curriculum.
