In this role, you will: Develop, retain, and grow highly complex client relationships, by understanding the needs and priorities of clients Advise Healthcare industry clients on financing alternatives and industry-specific solutions, coordinating with internal stakeholders including Investment Banking and Treasury Management Lead the strategy and execution for full suite of solutions offered by Wells Fargo to commercial clients, leveraging a solid understanding of clients’ businesses, strategic objectives, operational priorities, and financial positions Collaborate with peers and colleagues to resolve client issues while achieving Wells Fargo’s business objectives, escalate client inquiries when needed, provide leadership to improve processes and risk control, act as a mentor for less experienced colleagues; may additionally lead projects within team or across Commercial Banking line of business Drive relationship planning activities to deliver the full suite of solutio...
