Job description

Minimum qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. - 14 years of experience in compliance, risk management, investigation, auditing, legal, or consulting. - Experience with enterprise-wide/cross-functional project planning and execution. - Experience with building risk-based corporate compliance programs. Preferred qualifications: - Experience influencing decision-making at all levels. - Experience bringing structure and clarity to complex and ambiguous situations, including the ability to analyze fragmented information, identify key attributes, and develop balanced recommendations and effective solutions. - Knowledge of risk and compliance program management principles, risk assessment methodologies, and internal control frameworks. - Familiarity with industry-accepted risk and compliance policies and frameworks. - Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, senior management, regulators, and external stakeholders. - Exceptional communication skills with the ability to clearly and concisely explain complex compliance concepts and requirements to audiences.
