Job description

Minimum qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Technology, Engineering, Business, Economics, Data Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience. - 6 years of experience negotiating and structuring agreements or leading business development. - 5 years of experience in energy project development, commercial negotiations, or business development for infrastructure, power generation, data center projects, or related industries. - Experience developing and negotiating energy or infrastructure partnerships (e.g., power purchase agreements (PPAs) or utility interconnection contracts). - Experience with emerging energy technologies, such as next-gen geothermal, advanced nuclear, energy storage (e.g., batteries or non-electrochemical), and decarbonization solutions (e.g., carbon capture). Preferred qualifications: - Experience in real estate development, evaluation, acquisition, construction, and site selection for industrial-scale projects. - Experience with power transmission and distribution, telecommunications infrastructure, data center technology, industrial-class electrical and cooling technology, or other related technical areas. - Experience managing utility agreemen...
