Position Purpose: The position of a Residential Youth Worker at Nungurra is to provide short-term crisis accommodation that is safe and inclusive for young people between the ages of 16 and 21 who are experiencing housing instability. The position supports young people to improve their wellbeing, feel empowered, build resilience, and increase their independence.
