Join our team as a 2nd Shift Melter and help us shape quality from the ground up. As a 2nd Shift Melter you’ll be at the heart of our melting operations —responsible for melting aluminum to exact specifications. Your primary focus will be ensuring the delivery of in-spec metal, at the right temperature, and on time to meet production needs. You will work closely with our Molders to produce high-quality castings that meet our standards and exceed customer expectations. Key Responsibilities: Perform melting operations in accordance with detailed work instructions and quality standards Melt aluminum to required specifications using proper techniques and equipment Ensure timely delivery of metal at the correct temperature for casting Collaborate with Molders and other team members to ensure casting quality Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Wear and maintain required personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times...
