Partner with the best in the heavy-duty industry and apply today! GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION: Repair heavy-duty trucks and trailers according to company standards and procedures. Welding, fabrication and assigned tasks. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: - Repair tanks including welding, electrical wiring, brakes and suspensions. - Perform required DOT tests. - Fabricate parts needed to repair or modify tank transports. - Install and repair bottom loading systems related to fuel transportation systems. - Wreck repair and reconditioning. - Maintain a clean and organized workspace. - Other duties assigned. EDUCATION & TRAINING: - High School Diploma (or GED or High School Equivalence Certificate) KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE: - Minimum of 3 years experience in general heavy-duty truck and/or trailer repair. - Aluminum, steel and stainless-steel experience required. - Welding experience in Tig and Mig processes required. - DOT tank experience is a plus.
